Return

We support refund/exchange service within 10 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return the product you purchased to the manufacturer.


Refund

In some cases, only a 20% refund is given:

Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours.

 

No refunds will be given in certain circumstances:

Any items returned more than 10 days after delivery.

The returned item was lost because the customer used a shipping service that did not have a tracking number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If you're approved, your refund will be processed and points will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 5 business days.


Delayed or lost refunds:

If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your PayPal/bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.
